How to make:

Photo 1. Thread the beads onto the headpin
Photo 2. Make a right angle with flat-nosed pliers.
Photo 3. Bend a loop with round-nosed pliers. Make sure the loop is large enough for the hoop. Tip: Mark your pliers for the same size.
Photo 4. Wrap the end of your wire around your headpin about twice. This can be done nice and tight, but also freehand. Whatever you prefer.
Photo 5. Now cut off the remainder of your wire short and crimp the end with your needle-nose pliers so that you no longer feel a sharp edge.
Photo 6. If necessary, bend your loop straight above the beads.
